I want to thank you all for the care and love you gave our cat Clementine during the Northern California fires. When we were evacuated I had no idea where we would end up or how I was going to care for my cat. With all the chaos, we ended up in a parking lot in Rohnert Park to gather out thoughts.
We called you and explained our dilemma, you immediately said, “Bring her here.” What a relief!!
When I picked her up after the evacuation was lifted, she was in terrific shape, a little stressed and scared, but, by the time we let her out of her carrier, she immediately went to all her favorite places to make sure they were still there!
Your unselfish act of not charging evacuees is something I will never forget. I can never say thank you enough. The staff was so helpful and made me feel that our cat would e taken care of as if she were their own.

Last October you came to our rescue and took in our large dog Ray and all our cats when we were forced to evacuate our home for 5 nights. It really was a nightmare situation for us.
Every day I feel so lucky that our house was spared, and all of my pets are safely at home again. I don’t know what we would have done without your kindness.
When we picked everyone up and you said there was no charge I was truly amazed and overwhelmed. I’ve told everyone I know how wonderful you’ve been.
Anyway, I’ve thought about it often and really want to send you a partial payment. We are so grateful for your help during the most stressful and desperate time we’ve ever been through.

Oh my goodness! I just want to “Thank You” for taking such groat care of Tycen during doggy daycare today. The staff was very friendly and professional. The place was very spacious and I really like the live camera app. It lets me peek in on him when I miss him.
I have to admit, I was feeling very nervous and anxious about leaving him this morning. I was able to have Tycen with me at my prevoius job, but since I started a new one, he has been sitting at home by himself. I was so lucky I found you guys! It made me feel so much better knowing that he was in a place where he was supervised and got a chance to socialize wiht other dogs. Its just been him and me, you know, he’s not around a lot of other dogs. THANK YOU so much! I can’t wait to bring him back again! And, I’ll have you know…he is fast asleep in bed!

Everytime I walked in your door one or more of you would shout out – it’s Tasca! She loved coming there for all the attention she got, for the treats, to play and especially on swim days – she totally loved that water.
Because you cared and took such good care of her, I wanted to sadley let you know that Tasca passed a couple of weeks ago. She was at home and in my arms and it was gentle, loving and peaceful though heartbreaking.
A young man who worked for you one said to me about Tosca that she was “a dog of a lifetime.”
Thank you for the part you played in giving her happy, fun and loving days. In gratitude…
