I have been coming here since it was Camp Bow Wow and am thrilled at the level of service we get. Luigina and staff loved my girl Cora (who has sinced passed away) and she loved them. It was always a delight to take Cora here because she knew where we were going as soon as we turned onto Piner Road. Now I have a new dog and the staff here are being absolutely wonderful with the transition. Liuginia is actually the one who brought me and Stella Luna together and I couldn’t be happier! Stella Luna loves Paradise Pet Resort almost as much as Cora did and I envision many happy years here!

I moved with my rescue, Toby from L.A. to Santa Rosa in June of this year. I was concerned because I didn’t want to leave him by himself during my working hours. I feel so blessed to have found Paradise Pet Resort (Santa Rosa location). It has become my little Toby’s second home. They treat him like family. He’s made a lot of friends. He goes to daycare M-F and for me, it’s worth every penny. Best thing is that there’s a webcam so when I want to check up on him, I just open up the app on my phone. A special thank you to the SR Paradise Pet Resort staff for taking care and loving my little guy so much. I truly appreciate all of your hard work.

I’ve been taking my dogs and cats here for nearly six years. On multiple occasions I’ve left my furry children here on extended stays, up to three months. I also take advantage of day care services when I need to run errands in town. The owner and staff have always been helpful, responsive, and kind. I love most how social the environment is. Under normal conditions dogs spend all or most of the day in yards large enough to permit them to run, and most often with other dogs. The facility is well thought out, with consideration for weather, breeds, special needs, and more. It is also worth noting that they frequently provide support to animals in need, hosting shelter animals needing adoption (one of my owners, a cat, found me this way), and now caring for an entire community during a formidable disaster.

Paradise pet has my business forever!!! After losing my home in the Valley Fire Paradise Pet went above and beyond to help me with boarding during the first week after the loss. Knowing my dogs were safe and well taken care of was a huge relief while dealing with so much chaos. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. The kindness I was shown during this time will never be forgotten and I cannot thank them enough.

These guys really care about animals. They’re open slightly late if you call. We have the app on our phones and we notice our babies have a wonderful time.
