Q: Where can I find your New Customer Information form?
A: Download our New Customer Form.
Q: What are your pick-up and drop-off times?
A: You are welcome to drop off your pet at any time during our business hours. Our pet boarding rates are per night. We are open from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm weekdays and from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekends and holidays.
Q: Do you offer anything besides dog boarding?
A: Yes, we board a wide variety of small animals including, but not limited to, cats, birds, hamsters, iguanas, and rabbits. We also have pet grooming available as well as pet day care.
Q. What paperwork do you need for my pet to stay at Paradise?
A: You will need to bring proof of vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella for your dog to stay with us. For your cat you must show proof of Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. You will also need to fill out our New Customer Form.
Q. What should I bring when I drop off my pet?
A. You are welcome to bring anything that you think may help your pet feel more at home. We can provide your dog with fleece blankets and a plush bed, if needed. We recommend that you bring your dog or cat’s own food; sometimes dogs and cats can have an upset stomach if you change their food too quickly. If you forget to bring food, we can provide your dog or cat with food.
Q: Are there additional costs for administering medications, if needed?
A: No, there are no additional costs.
